a slow hello

Words by Bryon Bowers

a slow hello how are you today…. enveloped then let go consumed again to the tip…. walk around long way down the hill to the valley skipping through…. Joyous one foot hop hop hop… jump onto the next hill slowly walking up dragging my feet.. slow, no hurry… round and round and round and round transport back to the other hill top, the tip back to second top tip sit on it, then hug it curl my back like a tumbler a tinker I roll down hill top to hill top a joy a smile a breath pebbles on the path appear feel them on the tip of my feet a frollick to the sides a joy down the valley… all the way down…. down to the prize…. …. another slow hello… how are you? how do you do? dip my feet in the water… warm waters of the ocean consume me… lost beneath… lost beneath the depts… water sealed sound on ears… I dissolve into the water… break apart slowly … dissolve to nothingness… a nothingness of joy… a slow hello… dissolved to a slow goodbye…
